Welcome to the official site for the 2010 Summer Derby Classic.

The Third Annual Summer Derby Classic will kick-off the summer season at the historical derby city. This year's event for Girls ages 17 to 13 will be held at The University of Louisville, and The Basketball Academy in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition for the first time, the Summer Derby will include a tournament for Boys ages 17U and 16U.

The first half of the summer recruiting period will start with the 17U/16U divisions for both Boys and Girls on July 6th through July 8th, and continue with the Girls 15U/14U/13U divisions on July 9th through July 11th. The Summer Derby Classic will feature national teams from over forty states in Louisville, Kentucky. The tournaments will include several outstanding teams in their respective fields, featuring numerous sponsored teams.

Each summer, Michael T. White Inc. features the nation's top travel teams. In past years, prep superstars such as Courtney Paris, Erlana Larkins, Noelle Quinn and Tiffany Jackson have played in numerous sponsored events. This year the boys will also take to the court in the Summer Derby. Several of the nation’s elite prospects will be featured.

The Summer Derby Classic provide major college coaches with a unique opportunity to scout the nation's elite players while they are competing against each other. In addition, All Star Girls Report analyst Bret McCormick uses the event as a key gauge for ASGR's important national rankings.

Fast Facts: All travel teams must attend mandatory team registration and NCAA presentation for all players and staff coaches. In order to be eligible to compete in the 2010 Summer Derby Classic, all housing needs for the event must be filled here. If flying, please use Louisville International Airport (SDF).

Mandatory player NCAA Educational Session
This session will be conducted after your first game every hour at the top of the hour.

17U/16U Game Schedule Tuesday, July 6th 8:00am-8:50pm Wednesday, July 7th 8am-8:50pm Thursday, July 8th 8am-8:50pm

15U/14U/13U Game Schedule Friday, July 9th 8:00am-8:50pm Saturday, July 10th 8am-8:50pm Sunday, July 11th 8am-3:00pm

SAVE $100 per team! Register before March 1, 2010 for only $599 per team.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given. Credit will be given for another calendar event in 2010.

After March 1, 2010 the entry fee for the 17U/16U Girls and Boys tournaments is $699 per team.

After March 1, 2010, the 15U/14U/13U Girls tournament is $699 per team.
